Artist's Journal Workshop: Creating Your Life in Words and Pictures - Cathy Johnson

This book was extremely well written and full of great art pieces in a variety of styles. It made me stop on the way home frm work today and buy a small sketchbook and some new drawing pencils to keep in my pocketbook so that I can try doing an art journal. I keep meaning to get back to my art, and now I have no excuse!
