Death by Darjeeling - Laura Childs
I am a tea drinker, so I was predisposed to like this book and want to read this series, which I do and probably will do. I love the concept of this wonderful group running this cozy tea shop. Theo, the boss lady and Drayton, the know-all of tea, are the two really bright stars in this universe. I had figured out who the murderer had to be quite early, in fact almost from the beginning. BUT, the murderer then became such a minor character as far as what we really knew about her and how big a role she played in the whole story. A couple attempts at playing nice and that was about it. The thing that brought her to my attention was the fact that she was the extra-well dressed one and not comfortable to be around. As soon as the author described her the first time, I thought, "oooo, she'd be a good murderer" and sure enough, she was! Oh well. I will get the second book and see if the cozy part hangs around the tea shop or not. I'm also going to try one of the author's other series as I used to scrapbook as well! Try it, you might like it!

I got this book through BookBub(Amazon) for nothing. The opinions voiced here are fully my own. I am not being compensated for this review.
